Strengths:

Fake Attack decreases the target’s Attack Power and also increase the target’s chance of landing a Glancing Hit. Makes the enemy hit like a joke.
With the right Accuracy and Speed, 3rd skill will grant your team an almost extra turn plus 430% skill multiplier AOE damage.
Very versatile monster, useful in Arena and Giants B10.

Weaknesses:

Very low damage.
Once used 3rd and 2nd skill, Woochi apports very little to the team.

Worth evolve to: 6 stars

Monster Synergy

Shannon: When using Woochi 3rd skill you will decrease enemy’s team attack bar to zero. Combined with Shannon AOE speed debuf they will need more time to fill the attack bar.

Bernard: Same as with Shannon. Woochi 3rd skill combined with Bernard Speed buff will give you an extraordinary turns advantage.

Any other AOE Speed debuff/Speed buff monster works well with Woochi.
